Processing & Delivery Times

- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Estimated delivery time is 8–13 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

- High order volumes

- Courier or carrier delays

- Unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or strikes

FaithWalk Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors. If your order takes longer than expected, we kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, FaithWalk Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
