Refund & Exchange Policy
Faith Walk Co.

At Faith Walk Co., every item is created with purpose and care. We want you to be confident in what you wear and share. Because our products are produced in limited runs and in many cases made-to-order, we do not offer refunds.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges Only – No Refunds

- Faith Walk Co. does not offer cash refunds, card reversals, or refund-based store credits.

- Eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the terms outlined below.


T-Shirt Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our production process:

- We do not offer refunds on T-Shirts.

- If you are unhappy with your purchase or require a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a T-Shirt exchange:

1. The item must be couriered back to us within 5 days of delivery.

2. The item must be:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Free from stains, marks, odours, or damage

- In original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Packaging must be intact and in resale condition.

4. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Size Exchanges

- Exchanges are permitted for the same design in a different size (subject to stock availability).

- If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value may be selected.

Shipping Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier return shipping.

- Faith Walk Co. recommends using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

- Replacement item shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility.


Jewelry Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

- We do not offer refunds on jewelry.

- Exchanges are only permitted for items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Faulty / Damaged Jewelry

- Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs and proof of purchase are required.

- Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

Jewelry that has been worn, mishandled, or damaged after delivery is not eligible.


Tumblers & Drinkware Exchange Policy

Because drinkware is considered a hygiene-sensitive product:

- We do not offer refunds.

- Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Faulty / Damaged Drinkware

- Report within 48 hours of delivery.

- Provide photos and proof of purchase.

- Approved items will be replaced.

Used drinkware cannot be exchanged.


Caps Exchange Policy

- Refunds are not offered on caps.

- Exchanges are permitted if the item is returned within 5 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

Caps must be:

- Unworn

- Free from marks, sweat, odours, or damage

- Returned in original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return courier arrangements and costs remain the customer’s responsibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error:

- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Provide photographs and order details.

Once verified, we will resolve the matter promptly.


Processing Time

Once returned items are received and inspected:

- Approved exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.

- Customers will be notified once replacements are dispatched.
